There's no typical Eastmoore job to quote from. Against a town median owner occupied value of $206,400, every plan in this range sits in a tier Mooresville's existing housing doesn't occupy.
The one place in Mooresville with depth and square in the same opening
Opening counts scale with the plans: roughly 16 to 20 for the 1,619 square foot houses and 22 to 28 for the 3,079 square foot ones, inferred from the sourced square footage rather than counted by the builder. That's a swing of up to twelve openings inside an eleven home community, so two quotes on Liberty Boulevard can differ by half again. Specialty shapes and any two story glass aren't confirmed by Davis Homes, so head shapes get recorded at the walk through instead of assumed. We'd much rather find an arched head with a tape measure than on install day.
The brick reveal is what makes an inside mount realistic here. A deeper wall assembly means more usable mounting depth at the head, so an L-frame shutter panel with a 2 inch louver, or a cellular with a headrail of real size, sits inside the opening and reads flush. A light gap still exists: the factory deduction is 1/16 inch per side, and Lutron publishes 3/4 inch per side on an inside mounted Roller 20/64. Where a bedroom in a 3,079 square foot plan needs genuine dark, we add side channels or a light blocking pocket at the head rather than pretend the gap isn't there.
